'I now pronounce you monkey and wife'

I saw this headline and picture and found it rather odd,

Two monkeys in a zoo in china have got married.
The pair were married for publicity, to get more visitors to the zoo.
They also had their own outfits, dress and suit and everything.
The same zoo had to stop one of their events which was the animal olympics
bacuse of animal welfare issuses,
this made me wonder why this hadn't been talked about as much.
they didn't look that happy, its unfair on the animals.
You are meant to look after animals in a zoo
not play dolls with with, to create more visitiors.
Zoo's are meant to help animals to care for them, and i think that this is
ubusing the right to keep the animals locked up anyway.
